Focus Point is an application designed to promote mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. The App offers science-based programs on topics such as focus, resilience, stress management and sleep. The content is intended solely for general information and self-care purposes.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

Use of the App is expressly at your own risk. Focus Point does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. The content provided in the App does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you have health complaints or psychological issues, please consult a qualified medical professional or therapist.

4. No Liability for Health Damages

Focus Point assumes no liability for damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the App. In particular, no liability is accepted for health consequences that may arise from the use of the content provided in the App.

The exercises and programs are of a general nature and do not account for individual health limitations.

5. Requirements for Use

The App may only be used if:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian • You are in a health condition that permits the use of the exercises • You have consulted a medical professional in case of pre-existing psychological conditions

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including texts, graphics, audio and video material, is protected by copyright and is the property of Focus Point or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or public accessibility without prior written consent is not permitted.

You are responsible for the security of your access credentials. Do not misuse the App and refrain from any actions that could compromise the security or functionality of the App.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work, technical issues or force majeure may cause downtime.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published in the App or on our website. By continuing to use the App after the changes take effect, you agree to the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Italy apply. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use is Bolzano, unless mandatory statutory jurisdiction rules provide otherwise.
